Optional memory saving with visible choices and protections for active work.

Settings > Tab Camp & performance provides idle timing and the awake-tab budget. The feature is optional.

Eligible idle background pages are unloaded. Edited fields, playing media, downloads and open developer tools receive protections.

Right-click a tab and choose Keep Awake for a page you need to preserve during this session.

A parked tab reloads its address. Transient page state and navigation history are not restored. Save important work before manually parking a tab.
